Here at In8Love, we have the EVRL and the LLLT; the difference between the violet and red lasers are that the violet lasers are designed to focus on any infection or bacteria.
The red laser is most known for has been shown to reduce inflammation and edema, induce analgesia, and promote healing in a range of musculoskeletal pathologies. The red laser also promotes increased energy through stimulating the mitochondria, Enhances ATP production and protein synthesis with pain reduction, reduces pain and muscle spasms while increasing strength and ROM. LLLT balances parasympathetic nervous systems and enhances microcirculation; circulation of the blood in the smallest blood vessels.
The violet laser is more of a stimulator towards the sympathetic nervous system. To decipher the term sympathetic nervous system, it's the bodyβs rapid movement response towards dangerous or stressful situations. The violet laser is best known for it helping the bodyβs defenses to eliminate bacteria, virus, fungal infections. I.e. toe fungus, acne, pneumonia, etc. it also increases the bodyβs sympathetic response allowing practitioners to find hidden weaknesses, in other words, trigger points.
In our office, we have numerous patients with varian symptoms including arthritis, concussions, toe fungus, shoulder pain, knee pain, sciatica, candida, scar tissue, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and sinuses.
LASER THERAPY BENEFITS
β BENEFITS β
Rapid Cell Growth
Accelerated reproduction and growth of cells.
Decreased Scar tissue formation
laser reduces formation of fibrous tissue following damage from cuts, scratches, burns, before or after surgery.
Faster Wound Healing
Via fibroblast development in damaged tissue -> reduced recovery time by up to 30-50%
Anti-Inflammatory action
Reduces swelling caused by bruising or inflammation of joints to give improved joint mobility.
Stimulated Nerve Function
Slow recovery of nerve function can result in βdeadβ limbs or numb areas. Laser speeds the process of nerve cell reconnection to bring the numb areas back to life. Laser also increases the amplitude of action potentials to optimize muscle action.
Increased Metabolic Activity
Brings oxygen to blood cells for a more effective immune response.
Increased Vascular Acitivity
The laser stimulates circulation of lymph and blood, allowing the tissue to have the best possible circulation.
